this is Eva, the founder of PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®, and your teacher on your training journey.
Right now, I am guiding three breathwork teacher trainings per year, two in English and one in German.
You get to choose whether you want to study with us in-person or rather from home in our live online training.

MEET YOUR TEACHER - THE FOUNDER OF PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®
Hello dearest one,
I am Eva and honored to get to know you and your gifts.
Since I developed PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® seven years ago, I had the opportunity to share it all over the globe with thousands of humans and to lead 150 humans through five successful teacher trainings.
My purpose is to support you in becoming an impactful PSYCHEDELIC BREATH teacher. And I love having an emphasis on your unique teacher voice and the personal growth that you will be experiencing during this training.
I have seen this method being key to become a self-confident and inspiring teacher.

THE FOUR TRAININGS MODULES
Our PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® teacher training is divided into four training stages - one building the foundation for the next - to empower you in becoming a successful PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® teacher.

MODULE 1 - FUNDAMENTALS WEEKEND - LIVE ONLINE
- Your knowledge base -
In this first weekend, that we always do live online over zoom, you study the theory, anatomy, physiology and neurochemistry of breath and breathwork. You also get to start teaching a first sequence - so we activate your teacher voice right away.
What you study:
+ the physiology of breath
+ the science behind breathwork
+ the top 3 breathing techniques for the nervous system
+ the PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® methodology
+ how to structure and sequence a class
Followed by
MENTORSHIP + PRACTICE TIME
You practice a first teaching sequence with your training buddy and meet your mentors online for feedback.
MODULE 2 - INTERACTIVE TRAINING WEEK - IN-PERSON OR LIVE ONLINE

We study and train how to:
+ guide a class and teach PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®
+ build an inspired and safe space for your students
+ create inspirational topics and step into your authentic voice
+ select music & create collaborations with artists

+ teach an in-person class - vs. online sessions
+ work with essential oils and healing touch
+ build a business with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®
+ set up effective communication channels & collaborations

+ LEGO Serious Play coaching to define your mission with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®
Our training week closes with the 1st part of your exam.
MODULE 3 - TEACHING PRACTICE & MENTORING TIME
After the training week, you do the second part of your exam:
You organize and teach six full PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® sessions in a private setting. You choose the timing for these classes, yet we recommend two months as a time frame.
You will be supported by a mentor meeting to fine tune your teaching skills.
MODULE 4 - CERTIFICATION
After successfully completing the six classes, you meet with Eva for a final 1:1 COACHING CALL to fine tune your work and to start planning your way to build a business with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®. Afterwards you receive your certification.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ONLINE AND THE IN-PERSON BREATHWORK TRAINING?
Both training formats hold the same high quality in content and didactics.
You will be guided by me and a group of mentors, which are experienced teachers.
We work with a rather small number of teachers to keep it personal and supported in your individual journey.
Not because of a difference in content, length or quality, but to offer two pricing models, the live online training costs 1.000€ less than the in-person training.
Whereas within the in-person training, you receive extra healing and coaching. And of course, you share community with each other, with myself and our coaches and healers.
THE LIVE-ONLINE TRAINING
IN ENGLISH
Our popular live online training is taking place each fall.
It holds the same personal and high quality as the in-person, yet we meet live on zoom in all modules. Live means, no recordings, yet a full interactive study time together with personal feedback from me and our mentors.
To help with different budget situations, we decided to offer it for a bit smaller training fee then the in-person one.
It is a great version if you don’t want to travel to Berlin and still want an amazing training experience and effect.

„I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the online training. Even though it was online, it didn't feel like I was behind a computer the whole day. I liked the structure of the first days being filled with theory and then the practice within the training week. In between I practiced weekly with my buddy, that was really helpful. THE IN-PERSON TRAINING

For our beloved in-person boutique training in spring, we meet in a beautiful retreat house in nature, close to Berlin. This training comes with healing and coaching specials and experts and a creates a deep sense of connection.

AM I READY TO BECOME A PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® TEACHER?
There is one rule of thumb: If your heart said yes - you are.
This PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® training ist for you, if you feel a calling to step out of the student role and into the place of sharing this practice, supporting the personal growth and healing path of other humans.
That calling sometimes arises right after experiencing PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® for the very first time or it comes with time.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE WITHIN YOU:

Let me share some answers to two of the most frequently asked questions:
+ Do I need to have a lot of experience with breathwork?
No yet you should have done at least one PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® session.
+ Do I need to have teaching experience?
No as the intention behind this training is to give you everything you need to be a successful and inspiring breathwork teacher.
