Training Structure: Four Modules to Master the Art of Teaching Breathwork
Our training is structured into four key modules to give you a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience that will fully prepare you to become a confident and inspired breathwork teacher.
MODULE 1 - FUNDAMENTALS WEEKEND
LIVE ONLINE
What you study:
+ the science behind breathwork
+ the top 3 breathing techniques for the nervous system
+ the PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® methodology
+ how to structure and sequence a class
Followed by
MENTORSHIP + PRACTICE TIME
You practice a first teaching sequence with your training buddy and meet your mentors online for feedback.
MODULE 2 - THE TRAINING WEEK
IN-PERSON OR LIVE ONLINE
You study and train how to:
+ guide a class and teach PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
+ build an inspired and safe space for your students
+ create inspirational topics and step into your authentic voice
+ select music & create collaborations with DJs
+ teaching in-person vs. online
+ work with essential oils and healing touch
+ build a business with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
+ set up communication channels & collaborations

MODULE 3 - TEACHING PRACTICE
& MENTOR TIME
You integrate your deep learning experience by teaching six PSYCHEDELIC BREATH sessions in a private setting.
You choose the timing, yet we recommend two months as a time frame.
You are supported by our mentos to fine tune your teaching skills.
MODULE 4 - CERTIFICATION
You meet Eva for a final 1:1 COACHING CALL to plan your future with PSYCHEDELIC BREATH.
You receive your certification. YEAHI!

I am Eva and looking forward to be your teacher on this transformative training journey.
Since I developed PSYCHEDELIC BREATH eight years ago, I had the opportunity to share it all over the globe with thousands of humans and to lead 250 TEACHERS through
9 successful TEACHER TRAININGS.
My purpose is to support you in becoming an impactful PSYCHEDELIC BREATH teacher.
I love having an emphasis on your unique teacher voice and your personal growth during this training.
